Used RJH to repair our ice maker machine at our shop. we had another refrigeration company come our and work on the machine, they came out five different times, each time they said it need a different part, never fixed unit. James from RJH came out and worked on the unit, ordered one part, cleaned they unit and ice cycles, tested unit and had it working perfectly after installing only one part. James knows what he is doing and would recommend this company for anyone needing refrigerant work done.

The entire team at RJH Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Scientific Division always does a superb job of repairing and maintaining the lab equipment at our American Red Cross facility located in Rockville, MD. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

My first experience and impression of RJH for a commercial repair was that they were very responsive, prompt, and professional. Craig, the tech sent out to our DC restaurant, was great in how he approached the job, how knowledgeable he was, and the extra time he took to explain the issues to someone like me who encountered him as he was already finished and about to leave the location. I was so impressed with Craig, that I have requested that he be our primary service person and we are already in talks with RJH to handle all of our preventative maintenance.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Phyllis yesterday. We had an equipment emergency and she expeditiously arranged for rich to come the very next morning! He was quick to assess our situation and diagnose our problems which we now have a plan to correct. He was super detail oriented and figured out our issues in no time! Every thing Phyllis promised was delivered! Rich was a quick diagnostician and we will soon be signing a maintenance contract for our establishment bc I trust them fully and know that I am in kind, caring and capable hands! Rich from RJH has been servicing the refrigeration systems in our government facility for some time now, and his work speaks for itself. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and handles every job with precision and professionalism. Beyond the technical side, Rich is very well-mannered and consistently pleasant to work with. When you see that the walk temp is climbing past 55 degrees and you have two events and a new menu launching, you need emergency service. Now I know who to call!! Called RJH at 7:30 am and I was back with a fully functional walk-in and a minimum of loss. Great service from Johnny, who made some great recommendations as well! Really glad to have found RJH!!!

These guys (particularly Steve) are awesome. We were told by multiple vendors that we had no option except to replace a multi-unit commercial AC system. Steve stopped by within 20 minutes of my call and was able to get the units back up and running. He ended up saving us tens of thousands by being honest and untold dollars in productivity that we would have lost had we had to send everyone home.

I had some freezers and refrigeration put in by a company who did an awful job with the installation of the units. After numerous failed attempts to work with the original company to get the units fixed, we called RJH. Terry and his team, Mark, Rich, and Dylan, did an amazing job fixing our freezers and refrigerators. They went above and beyond to get us back up and running as soon as possible. RJH will definitely be who we use for all our HVAC and refrigeration needs. They are the best.

My flower cooler had been doing some wild stuff, so I called RJH. Andrew, the associate who entered my service call, was able to get a technician to my home studio in a matter of hours. Amazing. Technician (forgot his name sadly) did a thorough check of my unit and now it’s running perfectly. He ever was able to provide some tips to me about my unit especially as they apply to floral use. As a small business of only one employee, calling someone I can rely on is really important. Thank you RJH!

When it comes to the DC Metro area, nobody does it better. I am in the food service industry and I take RJH wherever my career takes me. I have used RJH for four service calls and a walkin cooler upgrade. I have been pleased with how they always show up on time. They have never been late. I received three proposals to upgrade my walkin. Terry, from RJH, was the only person to propose a solution that increased my storage space, improved cooling in the entire cooler, and improved the visibility inside the cooler. Dylan showed up the morning the project started before the start time provided. He got right to work. The RJH team performed the work and caused no interruption to my operation. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. They had my unit up and running before the stated completion time-frame.
