When you see that the walk temp is climbing past 55 degrees and you have two events and a new menu launching, you need emergency service. Now I know who to call!! Called RJH at 7:30 am and I was back with a fully functional walk-in and a minimum of loss. Great service from Johnny, who made some great recommendations as well! Really glad to have found RJH!!!

These guys (particularly Steve) are awesome. We were told by multiple vendors that we had no option except to replace a multi-unit commercial AC system. Steve stopped by within 20 minutes of my call and was able to get the units back up and running. He ended up saving us tens of thousands by being honest and untold dollars in productivity that we would have lost had we had to send everyone home.

I had some freezers and refrigeration put in by a company who did an awful job with the installation of the units. After numerous failed attempts to work with the original company to get the units fixed, we called RJH. Terry and his team, Mark, Rich, and Dylan, did an amazing job fixing our freezers and refrigerators. They went above and beyond to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Technician (forgot his name sadly) did a thorough check of my unit and now it’s running perfectly. He ever was able to provide some tips to me about my unit especially as they apply to floral use. I have used RJH for four service calls and a walkin cooler upgrade. I have been pleased with how they always show up on time. They have never been late. I received three proposals to upgrade my walkin. Terry, from RJH, was the only person to propose a solution that increased my storage space, improved cooling in the entire cooler, and improved the visibility inside the cooler. Dylan showed up the morning the project started before the start time provided. He got right to work. The RJH team performed the work and caused no interruption to my operation. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. They had my unit up and running before the stated completion time-frame.
