My flower cooler had been doing some wild stuff, so I called RJH. Andrew, the associate who entered my service call, was able to get a technician to my home studio in a matter of hours. Amazing. Technician (forgot his name sadly) did a thorough check of my unit and now it’s running perfectly. He ever was able to provide some tips to me about my unit especially as they apply to floral use.
